The Southwest RPD Regional Leadership Committee is a group of local leaders across the region working to continue the momentum set from the last RPD conference by creating and supporting local trainings, activities, and opportunities that help strengthen nonprofits across the Southwest.

The committee is excited to share an upcoming training opportunity that they are sponsoring for nonprofits across the region.

They understand that evaluation practices and logic model development can be a tricky task that often feels daunting, which is why we have partnered with the OMNI Institute to lead an Evaluation Basics training for organizations in the Southwest region. Registration is now open for the training set to be held on April 29th, 2020 at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. 

When: April 29th | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: La Plata County Fairgrounds, Animas & Florida Rooms
What you will learn: This full day, comprehensive training will delve deep into the importance of Evaluations, Evaluation Plans, and Logic Models. Upon completion of this training participants will understand the benefits of evaluation for your program or organization; outline the steps in the evaluation process; describe what a logic model is and how its is useful to program operations; develop and implement basic evaluation practices including logic model development and data collection best practices.
Cost: $30 for first attendee, $25 for each additional organizational representative. Lunch will be provided.
