The Deep Desert Art Collective is a team of community members, artists, educators and metal workers who share an artistic vision for Cortez.

Our mission is to bring the community together to participate in the creative process and populate Cortez and our region with public art.

We believe creative thinking saves the world. By engaging our community in art exploration we are working to promote open minds, inspire dialogue and collaboration, stimulate an arts economy, nurture art education, and reflect our diverse population.
