Applications are due APRIL 1.

Criteria used by the selection committee in determining the recipient will be as follows:

1. Recipients MUST be a graduating senior from a high school in Montezuma or Dolores County

2. Recipients MUST plan  enrollment in a trade school.

Scholarship monies will be paid through Onward! A Legacy Foundation directly to the institution's financial aid office with half paid for fall semester and the second half paid for spring semester.

    A short answer is two or three paragraphs or less than 150 words.
  • Give us a brief history of your work outside of school (if any).
  • Tell us about any volunteer work or activities you have been involved in.
  • Tell us about any awards, honors, or recognition you have received associated with school, work, volunteer work, or activities.
  • In your schoolwork so far, tell us about your strengths and challenges. What has been easy? What has been difficult?
  • At this point in your life, what is important to you?
  • Tell us something about your hopes, dreams, and goals.
